Universal Barter Group (UBG) Inc. is a
Canadian Corporation that specializes in helping Canadian Charities to meet the needs of the less fortunate in Canada and around the world. UBG is also the Canadian Agent for Global Barter Group.

WHAT WE DO
First World Trade Corp. (a Canadian company operating under the trade name “BARTERWORLD”™) has appointed GLOBAL BARTER GROUP (GBG), a St. Lucian based company, as a licensed broker to sell TradeBUX™ to people all over the world.
GBG has appointed UNIVERSAL BARTER GROUP (UBG), a Canadian company, as its Canadian Agent to act on its behalf in Canada to market the services of BARTERWORLD.
Purchase of TradeBUX™ entitles you to become a “Preferred Member” of BARTERWORLD™. As a Preferred Member you are entitled to apply to the UNIVERSAL BARTER TRUST (UBT) to become a Capital Beneficiary and receive additional TradeBUX™. BARTERWORLD’s™ TradeBUX™ can be used personally to purchase goods and services from barterworld.com or the TradeBUX™ may be donated to a Registered Charity and you will be entiteld to a tax receipt equal to your TradeBUX™ donated. (1 TradeBUX™ = Cdn $1)

WHAT IS BARTER?
“Barter allows you to trade what you have for what you need or want”. Bartering is the exchange of goods or services without
the exchange of physical cash or currency.

CIRCLE OF TRADE
A sophisticated trade system has been established to allow the trade of goods between companies and individuals participating in a trade exchange.
Members of the exchange agree to supply products and services without the need to transact using conventional currency.

TRADE CURRENCY
Members of the trade exchange agree to transact using currency units. By using these currency units, members of the exchange avoid traditional cash transactions when buying or selling products and services. In the case of UBG and the BARTERWORLD™ trade network, transactions occur using a proprietary currency known as “TradeBUX™”.
